The average lifespan of a Euro 5 DPF is Around 70-100k miles, this is then reduced even further on Euro 6 cars to around 30-50k miles.

Our latest machine allows us to carry out a flow and pressure test of the the DPF before carrying out any work, we can use this to identify how blocked the DPF is or even if it has melted internally and is irreparable.
We also provide a flow and pressure test after the clean to prove how well the machine has worked.
