TerraClean is a technology developed by a group of scientists in Canada. They were commissioned by the Canadian government to develop a zero emissions engine. They used a highly refined form of Petrol and a Reactor to allow the petrol to burn to 100% efficiency. The project was a Great Success but the costs of implementing it the Mass Market was too Great. When dismantling the Project Engines they discovered the internals were immaculate, due to the complete burn and the Negative charge from the reactor there were no carbon deposits inside the engine.
